What is Young People Insight?

Young people are the future and they are the now.  It is them who will grow to inspire our next generation and continue to revolutionise the world.  However, are young people being positioned to give a positive or negative contribution to the present and future?

Young People Insight is a platform that empowers the voices of young people, giving them the opportunity to speak out about topics affecting them, while also sharing stories to inspire young people in various walks of life.  It is all about being the change that we want to see and engaging more in our community.

If young people want to see any sort of change in a society that would prefer to ignore them and hold them down, then we need to make noise, shout as loud as we can and ensure that our voice is heard, otherwise things will continue to stay the same.

Hopefully this insight into young people will allow wider society to gain a deeper understanding of who we are as people, rather than labeling us on what we’ve done or what we do.  There is great potential in all of us, which we need to tap into, because we can make a genuine difference.

With Young People Insight, you can make your voice heard, in your way, while meeting new people along the way.  Together we can be the change.

I hope that when the young people say what they have to say, the right people will have the decency to be present and observe as well as listen. Action is what is needed!
The youths need to feel a sense of self worth. At the moment the remedy of Mister Government himself is to create a country full of Eastern Europeans who have committed more crimes in their own countries and can roam here free. Black man doesn’t even get three strikes and out no more, they are black and at the back!

What an amazing young woman you are…I have just read your knife crime discussion post which was so on point. Please keep doing what you do, giving young people a voice in a space where they feel safe and listened to is so important. Stay blessed.
